Booed and Praised.

So, this is going to be a quick and brief update on today, and what is going on today on the political trail. So, for starters, Governor Palin went to the Philadelphia Flyers game last night, and kicked off the game.  Many booed, but many praised.  All in all, I think it was a great idea for her, especially with Penn. being a toss up state (that was leaning Obama as of Friday night).  Why not have the world's most famous hockey mom at the Flyers' game? That was a beautiful move. Also, today John McCain informed everyone in a speech in Virginia (I think) that he was going to "whip his you-know-what" in the next debate, refering to the final Presidential Debate this Tuesday in New York. Fabulous. John McCain, you maverick you, go get 'em. Today in Scranton, Penn., the Clinton duo plus Joe Biden did a little campaign for Obama today. So I guess that means Joe Biden is back in the game (his mother-in-law died last week so he took some time off the campaign). Say it ain't so Joe! The last thing I think I'll add is that McCain is rescheduled for Letterman on Thursday, so tune in. Also, the final Presidential Debate (live from New York it's NOT Saturday Niiiiiiiiight...) is on Tuesday, so tune in too that too.  I'm sure I will have plenty to say.

So now for what I did today. Nothing too exciting, but I went to church. Of course, that was great. BUT then I wanted to go to the Hub, but it was closed.  I was irate. Then I decided I wanted a slice of pumpkin chocolate chip bread (which I searched my house all day for $1.25 for the bread) and the cafe was closed too! So then I was going to go to Great Harvest and get my own, and got there and it was closed! I had forgotten that it is closed on Sundays. So then I came home, mowed my grass, did the dishes, and headed off to Brimfield.  Ty and I met up with Nicole, Anne, and Abby to film our Spanish III skit, and it is a spoof of "Survivor".  So Nicole, Anne, and I had to swim in a freezing lake. It was so fun! Ty filmed, and Abby was the host.  Also, my delightful Golden Retreiver Dharma made a cameo as the pig we had to chase. She wore a pink t-shirt. It was fab.  I also took this news paper from Ty's house today that was a Pro-Life news paper and it was all about the candidates and their views on abortion.  Finally, people can stop saying I lie about Obama's radical views and his votes against a failed abortion act. There is a special place in Heaven for the writers of that paper. Well, now I am off to paint a pumpkin...
